Returns Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, for an exchange or return. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with proof of purchase to be eligible for return. To initiate your exchange or return, please email us at info@articlesatelier.com.au with your order number, a photo of the received item and the reason for your return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request.  

Earrings are final sale and not eligible to be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless faultyItems purchased on sale and promotional items are also not eligible to be returned. 

Articles Atelier does not cover the cost of return postage for exchanges or refunds. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are at the buyer’s expense unless the product is deemed faulty. We recommend purchasing tracked postage so you can trace your return; Articles Atelier does not assume responsibility for lost parcels.

Under consumer law, ‘Articles Atelier' reserves the right to assess and determine fault within a product prior to processing a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Articles Atelier has the right to offer store credits at their discretion for items past or within our 30 day policy. Refunds are not available after 30 days of receiving goods.
